I just learned, not more then 20 minutes ago that one of my childhood friends passed away. It's been almost a year since she passed away but I was never called, written or informed of it. It was a fluke that I had just found and emailed her sister that lives in the Chicago land area....and the the sister informed me of the news. She graciously apologized for not contacting me when it happened....but I'm still feeling so sad at the moment.
