Topic: What is your favourite videogame?

All time favorite? I would have to say "Carmageddon" for the PC, dos based game that I can no longer play no matter what trick or patch they come up with. Current fave is GTAIV

The Elder Scrolls IV: Obilivion, Goldeneye 007, any Grand Theft Auto, Mercenaries and Banjo Tooie. I have never played Oblivion but I believe to complete it would take forever. Big, BIG game. Excellent value!!!! Goldeneye N64. Good game but the carts were pricey!!! Too pricey!! I got lost in the Grand theft autos before part 4. The wayward point is amazing. What a great idea it was!!

I like "Metal Gear Solid 4" on PS3. In my opinion it is definitely the game of the year on the PS3 system.

An old time favorite of mine was the Atari Space Invaders, invisible, fast bombs, and alternate firing and moving. Oh my dear us AtariBabys were not responsible for that arcade classic, it was Taito. Please check out playstation 2's offering of space invaders anniversary. Its all there. 9 modes and the classic duh-duh-duh awoo-woo-woo- (ufo going across) bling bling bling (when you hit him) sound. It was released in 2004 copyright of Taito corp. If you were lucky enough it came with a souvenir space invader keyring. Nice one Taito.

Hi lee, I did not play snake eater however I did play sons of liberty on ps2.It was very good.I hope to get MGS4 soon but I am more into the run and gun style of the Fps genre. Don't rule out resistance 2 or Far Cry 2!! But no doubt Konami will scoop it.

Overlord, Psychonauts and Fable Lost Chapters are the three most complete games I ever played. Fable 2 is out later this year and is in the running for the gold.

Over in Ireland blaze78 Fps, racers and the really badly done movie tie-ins a kind of rule the roost. You have to be committed to the rpg to really enjoy it. Its not that I dont have the time to play the rpg its just that there is so much to shoot. Shooters are ten a penny.............BRILLIANT!!!

Good old Jack Carver, He truly is the Chuck Norris of the videogame world!!!

This was my reply to Rainbolt: I am a bit of a lazy gamer so guitar hereo is not for me but I do respect the quality of it and its hardcore userbase. The closest I get to energetic whilst playing videogames is shaking the wii remote left to right to slash my knife at the leeches!! Can you guess the game?
