I'm off to go for a mile run on my new treadmill, that my mother and I put together by ourselfes lastnight. I tried it out lastnight, and it kicked my butt..but I'm about to go do it again. I can run 5miles every morning on the road/streets. But a dang treadmill..one mile and it kicked my butt, wtheck!
