So simple...cut potatoes into chunks and put into large saucepan, add can or two of french style green beans with the juice, lay pork chops or cubed steak on top...cover, let cook on med for 1 hour, the veggies have the flavor of the meat and the meat is oh so tender...add salt and pepper to taste. Good luckbigsmile

Brown about a lb of burger with some chopped onion, add a can of mushroom soup,& a handful of frozen peas. Simmer until peas are just cooked. The amounts do not have to be exact, this is just thrown together. I used green beans once when I was out of peas. Serve over noodles, rice or potatoes. This is a favorite of my former roommate.

I collect cookbooks & love to cook. I am logging off soon, but I will post a few more later.

Make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Than
for each one put one egg one a bowl, beat it with a fork, add some cinnamon, dip the sandwich into it, on both sides, cover with egg completely, Than place in heated iron frying pan that has been coated with oil or sprayed with veg. oil and cook on both sides, Everyone loves these. Let the peanut butter melt.

If you have a large family, these can be made in a nine X twelve in a oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
