i want an honest answer has anyone just ever really been fed up with their kids and had to put them somewhere safe and let them cry so that they could go collect themselves??????

no with my own, but i did work at a daycare and have to do that periodicly throughout the day.
it's normal. anyone who says they don't do that is crazy or beats their kids |

Not only have I had to sequester my kid, I've had to sequester myself so I didn't wring her neck!! I'm so sorry you have been going through so much.

I'd say almost every parent goes through that at one time or another. I can't tell you how many times I've locked myself in my room or gone for a walk (now that he's older). It's pretty normal. And definitely better than the alternatives. Hang in there.

yes maam, if u really need a break try to build a support system (friends, parents, other family) to take ur child(ren) for a few hours so u can have a break. I know how this goes, my sons dad wasn't around from the time he was 3weeks old, and he had colic and cried constantly.
