Ok - I'm getting ready to paint my house...I'm scraping the old sealant from the windows to reapply. There are some spots that won't budge...would it be okay to apply the sealant around/over that stuff, or should I keep trying to strong-arm it off? Gonna go scrape...I'll check back later. Thank you!!!
