ok so yesterday i was pushed to my physical limits...
my friend had me sit in the sauna for a half hour, then do an eliptical on the hardest setting for 20 minutes and then sit in the sauna again for another half hour. i wanted to quit the eliptical after about 5 minutes but had to push on... i felt great after a hot shower at home. but when i woke this morning i could barely move.... oh well
thanks for letting me just complain for a bit.... oh and i get to do it again this weekend but longer eliptical time
but..... i do like the results of it
