OMG OMG OMG. As I'm enjoying an extreme case of mu****is (mush-eye-tis not to be misread especially if partially censored) , I just can't narrow it down to any one thing. Probably the biggest thing is to be completely comfortable and intimate about everything but that's just a small part of it all.
