Seems like forever
Since I've been here Have missed you all I hold so dear Life's ups and downs Had me down Turned my smile Into a frown Depression took over Kept me in bed Couldn't see the light And wished I were dead Lost my will To even pray Lost all hope To face the day Bad choices And past guilt Destroyed friendships That were built But I'm finally again On my way To find myself And face the day Have missed you all And the words you write I find strength here And I'll survive the fight Have missed you all, very much. Bigblue and Jim thank you both,have missed you also.Not looking for pity as I know we all get lost at times,but for those who have never really experienced lifelong depression it's hard to understand.heck my own family and kids don't understand.But I thank you for you thoughts

The rough and winding road of depression,
Always will leave you feeling down, But it's friends like us that are here, That will turn your world around. Pam, I've been down that rough road myself sweetie and know where you're coming from. You will pull through and I will always be here if you need a shoulder.
