For those of you who are saying the world will end on 12-12-12, you are definately wrong. The mayan calendar ends along with the solstice, which would be the 20th of Dec, the calendar says the world will end 12-21-12.
So pack your stuff, don't want to leave the world a mess for the next evolved species. Do you really think the cockroaches are going to want to move into a messy living room?

Well I wish it was happening like Y2K. Because parties on the new year are always the best.

Supposedly there is a planet that is either going to collide with earth or come close to colliding with earth, and supposedly it has happened once before which caused the happening of Noah's arch [supposedly]. The planet is called Nibiru..I forgot a lot of the details..but in some pyramid or somethin they found these really really old tablets that had the solar system already figured out, planets we barely found out about not all that long ago were already written down in tablets long long ago...and an "extra" planet was in there with a really strange orbit abnormal to all the other planets, its rotation actually causes it to either come close to, or actually hit other planets..I think there is a planet that is tilted, and scientist believe according to its orbit Nibiru is what caused the planets tilt.

I just think in the next few years a lota trippy stuff is gonna happen, and the hidden technologies are going to become presented to us but not sure if it's going to be used for war or peace..stuff like anti-gravity and anti-inertia capable vehicles and energy that won't pollute the earth..altho all that relies heavily on the higher powers...which of course for the most part....are run by greed...

anyone ever hear about "the disclosure project"? pretty crazy stuff....not really specifically linked to the end of the world..but I noticed some people talking about ufo type stuff and space stuff...its really interesting if you find the vid on "the disclosure project"

Besides, it's not just the Mayan calenday pointing to 2012... other prophecies point to the same thing.

No matter how much I think about stuff, it doesn't change my life, I'm kinda stuck in the human "condition" of living...worrying about bills, where I'm gonna live, whats gonna happen in the next 10 years, etc...sometimes I feel like life aint supposed to be lived this way, and sometimes I feel like all that stuff exists to occupy and satisfy our ego...make us feel important..when in reality..the only reason we're alive might be just to carry on our own existence...the possibilities are endless, thats not really what I believe but..it has crossed my mind before

but I'm a proud human being I guess...human beings are creators...and what we do...is create our own reason for existing, and no one can ever take that away from us

My calendar ends at 12am 12-31-08.... doubting an apocalypse though. Perhaps the simplest answer to the Mayan calendar ending on 12-12-12 is that they ran out of stone to carve it on.
