Good old Bret Favre is at it again. We Packer fans here have heard of his talk of retiring for a few years now. He "officially" retired soon after the season ended.

At Lambeau Field, they're putting his name and jersey number along side of past Packer great (Starr, Nitchke, Hornung) and they set a date (home game against the Vikings) to unveil the honor and retire his number.

But what's this. In March, Farve approached the Packers saying he wanted to play again? The Packers agreed only to receive word from him a few days later that he changed his mind.

Now he wants to play again? The Pack has already redesigned their offense to fit the new quarterback, Aaron Rodgers. Frustrated with Farve's on again, off again retirement, the Packers have told him that if he returns to the Packers, he will have to settle for being Rodger's backup.

We all know that in no way will Farve ever settle for being a backup. The Packers have told Farve that they will not release him. So he will be on the trading block very soon.

So, he up for grabs football fans. How much do you think your team will give up for him? He's 38 (turns 39 during the season) years old.

Out of luck. The Packers said they will not allow Favre to go to any team within the division or to a team that they have to play this year.
