i'm thinking of making a chicken salad.i'll cook the chicken and add sum garlic and herb sauce to it cur it into strips add sum little tomatoes,cucumber,lettuce,crutons and fresh grated cheese and of course catalina dressing

I make a chicken salad with romaine lettuce, mandarin oranges, chopped almonds, (can't think of the name now) dried grape thingys, chinese noodles with asian dressing.. mmmm

I just made a chicken salad for lunch today ... I used left over shredded teriyaki roasted chicken, tomatoes, bacon, diced red onion, spinach, croutons and Kraft tomato bacon dressing . Mmmm sooooo good !
