I sit here and ponder
How I make it through the day,
The dream of visions, in my head
That come along the way.
I close my eyes, there you are
As if you are close by,
I just smile to the dream
Something I can't deny.

You help me make it
Through my endless days ahead,
Just the sound of your voice
Takes away things I dread.
You comfort me with your words
They shine like a twinkling star,
I still can feel you close by
Even though you are so far.

My dream of visions of you
That linger in my thoughts,
Make me feel glad, that you
Are the one I caught.
One day soon my love
We will be arm in arm,
Because you have won me over
With that sweet adorable charm.
