Isn't it interesting that the flower power generation of the 60's, who protested in the streets against the Vietnam war, have given us Iraq?

More like 40 years ago (late 60's to early 70's). This group is the current "ruling" generation. The generation of war and greed. They hold the most powerful political offices and run the corporations that have destroyed the middle class. They are in the process of leaving a state of disaster for subsequent generations.

Most Vietnam war protesters were College students who became educated in a world a lot more complex than the one America knows today!
GW Bush and Cheney were cowards not Vietnam war protesters!
They have never stood for anything but themselves!

Then or now!

Yeah, that they are. I agree completely, but then, who was it that got them into power?

It was not 50 years ago, it was in the 60's, drizzled over a little into the very early 70's.

Quit aging me.

Oh, we all (at least hopefully all) grow up sooner or later. AND, not everyone was a hippie or flower child. I was not one of them.

I love it! Now we shouldn't be against Republicrats. It's the NeoCons that are responsible! Hmmm, I'd better go check under my bed right now. One of those Neocons might be there spying on me!
