Tuesday aug 5th I'm making my top sirloin steak kabobs. The skewer sticks from left to right look like this --------> orange wedge, steak, canadian bacon, portabello mushroom, onion, wedge of green, yellow, and red pepper, orange wedge, steak, canadian bacon, portabello mushroom, onion, wedge of green, yellow, and red pepper, repeat. Times 30 people. Plus baked tato, full salad. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. The steak chunks are marinated in worchester, soy, garlic, onions, and minced tomatoes and dark tea before skewing.

A week ago one of my freinds bought all the supplies and I made 12 pounds of cilantro rotini. It was yummy. The week before that I made my beef stroganoff. I use limosine beef and my secret ingredient in my sour cream sauce is minced pickled artichokes. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm.
