yes I actually unplugged my computer for about 10 days.. was sick of the
bs... so i did it never chatted or emailed.. ofen wondered what i was
missing.. though lmao.. heheh but here I am.. back and reading!!!!!!

On that note, I'm going to bed, it has been a 48 hour day for me and boy
I am tired!!!! Today is my daughters 11th birthday and she really
enjoyed her day....However, now, not only am I tired....I'm soooooooooo
broke I can't pay attention: But she is happy and that is all that
matters.....happy:

no not even for an hr i'm alys on line lol. everything is hoked up to
my computer i'm a cam nut lol theres cam watching my farm, one in barn
watching the horses when thay start having colts, and several in my
fields. and a cam in every one of the reasturant so i'm alys know wats
going on.dont know how i did it before the computer age. lol

If I didnt touch my PC for a week, I would be:

1. Unemployed (software engineering)
2. Out of touch - I dont have a TV or a Radio
3. Out of touch with no email
4. Getting to bed at a proper hour.
5. Looking for a date in a bar, laundry-mat or supermarket

Ok, here's how totally geek I've become:

When I went to thailand I made sure I brought a spare laptop battery, a
spare windows-XP install CD, power adapters, and a wi-fi card. Made sure
to rip 4 or 5 DVDs and got the special power cord for in-flight power.

At the airport, me & my buddy walked around looking for an open
wifi-spot. We checked our email, checked the Drudge Report, and played
video games while waiting. We were happy geeks.

During take-off, we realized that we didnt have a specific driver - so
we linked up the laptop with the cell phone, via Bluetooth to download
the driver quickly.

Of course each morning was the same dumbazz routine I do here: wake up,
get the coffee and web-browser going to make sure the world was still
really there. Upload pictures to family...

Oddly, there were far more open wifi spots & internet cafes in china
airports and thailand than in NYC. Go figure.

Yes I can go without my computer~~I have done it before and I can do it
again. It wouldn't bother me a bit to be without out

Nope.. I keep track of alot of things on the computer.... one being my
family.
