I saw a ready mix Tapioca pudding, and other brands which are quite elaborate in their preparation. One brand wanted you to soak it for 24 hours prior to adding other ingredients. I will have to try it sometime.

Has anyone made their own pudding from scratch Tapioca or otherwise? I'm wondering it is is worth the effort? How is a mousse different from a pudding?

Mousse is a form of creamy dessert typically made from egg and cream....

Its basically the same as pudding if you look them both up
