I ran over a cute raccoon recently and cried all the way home

I said it in anger and never meant it for a second.

I once had a pet raccoon and then suddenly, I couldn't find him. Then someone told me that a drunk driver ran him over and....... HEY! Were you drunk? Just kidding.. Sorry that you had to go through that. I do want a raccoon for a pet though.

I told a good friend of mine today on the phone that she needs to quit feeling sorry for herself and do something about it..... Referring to her situation she is going through right now, she is really down and out. She pissed me off and after I said it, I then told her I gotta go, and hung up on her.

I know that was mean, and I am sorry for what I said and I did tell her that this afternoon, but I am trying to help her move into one of my apts. so her and her 2 boys arent homeless, and she is just being stubborn and dont want my help.

Even good hearted folks like yourself get frustrated..don't be so hard on yourself.

A cat ran into my car and broke its neck while I was driving to work. I saw it running into the road and heard it hit my cardoor, I couldn't do anything for it and it made me feel so bad.

Hopefully it wasn't a pet that got out.......

I STILL have issues about when I was 8 and holding a little froggie. He peed. I panicked. Kind of said, WHOA! and spasticly flailed my hands.

Instead of just dropping him, I ended up throwing him against the brick wall.

I was SO distraught and guilty. That was 32 years ago and here I am typing about it.
