Dear diary......one of my favourite patients died this morning......she used to be my patient on another unit....she had been palliative about 1000000 times and I didnt think or expect her to go........but she went at 7 am. Im happy for her and sad......

A couple nites ago there was a thread wanting to know- who are you. Smashley said she was marilyn monroe. I wanted to say so badly "Yeah after 45 years if we dug marilyn up you would look just like her!" but I just couldn't.
