Hi Everyone, This is Friday night therapy for those who are not out on a date. I've always wanted to be a singer like Beyonce or Tina Turner. do stand up... my friends tell me I really should do it but I do not have the courage to stand up in front of 100s of people I dont know an try to make them laugh.

Yeah tubing. I did that down the Delaware. It was lots of fun. Just use sunscreen cause there is no escape from the suns rays
