Humm I would have to question how would one know what punishments were handed out.

And at times that all depends on what happened what are the punishments to begin with ect...

All situations are different.

Humm guess it all depends what happened where it happened and the real facts to really answer that.what

OJ is still looking for the real killer. On a golf course. And it doesn't hurt, either, if the real killer has stolen thousands of dollars of OJ's memorabilia.

Persay someone said something to instigate someone else into an argument and it went out of hand from there? So two people are actively in the argument both have said things they shouldn't of, where is it that one gets suspended the other is allowed freedom? Double-negative? Contradicting even...

I would say both, unless the instigator has a long list of infractions already. Then it works the same way real law does.

Real law? Unjustified? If both are guilty both pay, regardless of a list of infractions on one's case.

3 strikes law

Isn't that only valid in California at the moment, and even there it has serious issues so it is being fought against among other states as well. I personally don't agree with it as anything in the law system is highly foulable, and that is just one margin of ability for the police to use against someone even for the most ridiculous of charges.

Not attacking or getting angry over it, just pointing out flaws within that method of thinking.
