your ped should be able to recommend a good formula for her. there are a few soy based ones out there.

Talk to your doctor. There are special milk products for lactose intolerant people and there is something called lactaid that are drops that you can put in milk based foods that makes the lactose easier to tolerate.

My son was severely lactose intolerant. I used the Lactaid products, he didn't like the soy but did well with those. There's also things like almond milk, etc. I also used a lactose-free formula when he was on formula.

Soy Milk both of my kids are lactose intolerant and they doctor said to give them soy milk instead of whole milk

Goat's milk is way better than cow's, esp for small children, but there's no folic acid in it so you have to take supplements.

I know for us...we get our calcium from other sources..... |
