yea the bulls are going to be pretty good this year at the end of last year they werent so bad and with the #1 pick they could be the 4 or 3 best team in the east

I wouldn't go so far. The top 4 are pretty much Celts,Cavs,Pistons,Magic(not in order). Hawks will get better and so will 76ers. Heat is rebuilding. But yeah the Bulls might get it going the next season.
