Once or twice, but she is just too selfish and self-centered to live with. She is also b!tchy. It would be a mistake.

I find many women can be b!tches and also competitive. I do not understand it, because I have never been experienced that way, myself, by other females. Perhaps it is because I am bi and appreciate women. Who knows.

Oftentimes, in the past, older female friends have warned that most women are always seeking to get into cat-fights and back-stab their so called friends. They have said it is just human nature when it comes to females. I tend to doubt that strongly; but then, how else do you explain the way some women form cliques to belittle, attack, disparage, and malign other females?

I have always pulled my own and then some when I have been married or lived with someone. The female I thought of living with made half of what I did. I can't support anyone else besides my child and will not. A house was owned and paid off in my marriage, largely paid for by me. I have supported a spouse when he was seasonally unemployed. I know what responsibility is.

The female I thought of living with always leached off others, never lived on her own, and I would think she'd try to do the same to me if I lived with her. I have worked long, late hours in publishing, Advertising Design, Corporate Art, and as a clinical Psychotherapist. I have done almost all the cooking and cleaning of the house, in addition to handling the finances. Raised a child on my own. She never had kids and often says she is too selfish to ever be a mother, or even date a man with younger children.

I have always been in control of myself, fully dependable and reliable. I would not live with someone who would seek to non consensually control me, or dictate what I should do in my life, as she was known to do to her male partners. No way.

This was just one experience, but taken with the wisdom given by a close associate, I would definitely shy away from rooming with someone of the same sex.

I just gave that a try. He ate all my food, took my tools, went through my personal stuff. didn't pay his share of bills.
I did it to gain more from my paycheck, found out it cost me more than having my own place. Now I have a two bedroom aptment again, yes it it all fine once again.

Require a drug test next time and if you have ANY doubt, first, don't even let them in the door.

Nope. I have an extra bedroom and will rent to a woman though. I hate the company of men. I go to sports bars and cringe at the topics. Men are beyond boring to me. (Not all but 95 percent is close enough).
May I dare to ask are you the 5% or the 95%happy

If you are careful with the selection I am sure with the subprime mortgage crisis it can be a real option not to loose the house just a thought for all but needs careful selection specially if you have kids.happy

Thank you. The house was sold in the divorce; back in 2002. I own a small co-op now. Totally paid off.
