ok so my daughters sperm donor called me just know saying as soon as he had money i could have some. (he is court ordered to pay child support) and that i should call him back because he would like to talk to me some...maybe. wth maybe.
ok my first reaction is to call n yell of course. any ideas on how to be pleasant to a unpleasant person? |

Being nice...its not what he's expecting and after awhile might actually get on his nerves. You always want to be the better person if for no one else but your kiddo.

Listen a lot and have awkward silences. if they say why aren't you saying anything just say I am wondering and then don't say anything Always make sure that you reply if you have to but do not offer information. Mostly yes and no and I don't know or if you need to think you say I need to consult with the lawyer on that one just be in control I know inside you will be boiling but have a cold glass of water if you are on the phone that helps suppress the tension inside. Good luck |
