Since more of the profiles which appear are abandoned than are being used, these abandoned profiles should be erased. This lack of maintenance on the site devalues the entire reason for the site.

I don't agree. Some people are without a computer to get on the site and when they finally get back on, their profile should be on there. Thank you. Also if they did delete them, they would take off some of my friends.

I agree with you. If this were done, I would have no one showing in my area. NONE of them are active. I NEVER see them. Plus, they're all fugly. lol.

For the ones whos profiles are inactive for a period of time (say 6 to 9 months) should automatically be deleted. |

And I believe if members no longer want to be on here, they can delete their profiles theirselves. Some do that, they just come on to look then deactivate, so nothing wrong with that. I just don't want to lose my friends I have just because they aren't on here the whole time. I had the experience last year, when my computer was out of commission and had to go to the library, and was usually blocked where I couldn't get on at all. I sure would've been disappointed. |
