      Lost 10 pounds in the last month went down 3 sizes in the last 3 months.

      For me im not on a diet im just trying to eat better and make better  
  choices, I've always been so damn busy to the point where i sometimes have like McDonalds or something and then i had stomach problems for years, and doctors couldn't even figure out what it was, they tested me for allergies to msg blah blah blah then i would have to go on months at a time where i could have to eat everything plain like bland rice, boiled chicken raw veggies, no sauces, no dairy nothing!!! So im just watching what i eat now so i dont have to go through that again

      SEE food diet, see food?  Eat it. 
      ![]() No really, watch what I eat, walk dogs & me more, joined gym & GO. Weight slowly coming off. Got rid of a lot of stress & that helped the most.  |

      DO know a lady, she thought she needed to lose weight. 
  Started walking 5 mi per day, up hill & over dale. Dropped 1.5 pants size in 30 days. I thought she looked good in the beginning, kept dating her.  |

      I joined a health challenge at our local gym. We weigh in monthly 'till  
  May and in the mean time workout, attend seminars, watch fat/caloric intake....the team with the greatest weight loss earns a cash reward. I always gain over the holidays....damned beer!  |
