the treadmill got delivered yesterday but i did the zoo and swimming thing yesterday so i wasn't running too... but i discovered that the room where the treadmill actually fits is an airless void so this should be amusing as the summer gets hotter

Well we only started last week, but we've decided so things don't get boring ... one night will be the pool at their house, the next time will be the Y with their machines, and then the 3rd time will be a walk.
