There is an excuse, like when kitty is getting old and losing control of faculties. My 2nd ex-husband was cruel to my Popcorn kitty, broke her leg smashing her face in her poo when she was 14 freakin' years old. Had to put her to sleep as she had a heart murmur and wouldn't have survived the surgery. It wasn't her fault she started to lose her abilities due to her age. Made the SOB bury her in the garden and got rid of HIM!!!
