Does he have a proven history of stealing from others? Does any thief have a track record when they steal...some may, some may not, they all start somewhere...but like gypsy says drugs can make you do crazy things, quick cash is needed and lots of it to feed the habit. Lock the bike up get CCTV if you can, I have a feeling he will try
