Yes I can help. Are you running 12 volts off the car system? Put in a 110 volt inverter on the cells instead of 12 volts. How many cell system are you using. I'm running a forced induction 8% system. A gallon and a half water. A six pack of cells. Forced air pump system. How about your water? Are you using distilled with catalyst? 6 teaspoons of baking soda per gallon of distilled water? Stainless windings or mesh on your capacitors? I'm putting a 110 volt vaccuum system on my supercharged electronic computer 360 dodge monster truck. And a forced induction system on my carbed 318 dodge 2 wheel drive pickup. Hope that helps. You don't want to run over 8% hydrogen/ oxygen or you defeat the purpose of hydrogen fuel cells. Sounds like you need a bigger generator.

Buy an dual plug in cigarette inverter for 110 volt at walmart. Buy an aquarium pump. Run an air line to your cell and one back to your carb. Use the second outlet to turn your generator to 110 volts. Lots of hho and o2 on tap. Tune your carb. My carter 2 barrel loves hydrogen. Put the largest air cleaner you can get on your engine. More air= more mileage. Same with spark. More spark or more heat= better, cleaner burning efficiency. Gotta v-8 with a coil? Put on a hotter race coil. High volt electronic ignition? Hotter plugs and stainless plug wires. Hope that helps. Leaner jets in the carbs if you have a variable control system. Check your tire air pressure. Check your fuel filter and belts. Check your smog pump and recirculation system.

My van is fuel injected V6. I will try the 110 v. My gen is made with stainless steel plate. Gapped an 1/8 " apart. Your talking about a fish air pump right. Run it to the gen and from the gen to the intake. Right. Thanks Alot. Tom
