dd,
i just had a sandwich with turkey and extra sharp white cheddar on 7 grain sprouted rye bread , toasted....(it was quite tasty).. Any way...after consuming said sandwich, i have come to realize...i did not have PMS...i was merely hungry....... so....ummmmm i will stop yelling <----all better , now

Now we are all racing south on the interstate. Trying to get over the three interstate 380 bridges before they close. In cedar rapids the water is creeping into town. Ramps into town are under water and closed. Flood warnings abound on the radio. They just closed I80 in des moines. And its raining again.

I made it across 2 of the 3 crossings. So far so good. This is a once every 100 year flood here. They just have no room for this much rainwater. It has to go somewhere.

My aunt lived near the flood of 96? in Manitoba...all of my cousins helped with the sand bagging..lots of devastation there too at the time... they even sold t shirts which she bought for my son at the time!!! Amazing people make a killing on other people's suffering!!!
