I don't tend to date heavy drinkers in general...so not likely. If they'd mended their ways would be different...so possibly. Whew...middle of the road takes a lot of typing. Yep, good point... I wouldn't if they were last year...but if they were in the long past and their lifestyle was now different and they made more responsible choices...not a problem. A friend of mine had two DUIs 20 years ago, enough to make him quit drinking forever, he hasn't had a drop of alcohol since. Thankfully he was given a wake up call that didn't require anyone being hurt by his choices at the time. |

All depends on if they have learned there leason or not.
If they have and they are doing the right thing then their driving record I would not judge them on. But............. if they are still drinking to the point of no return. Then no |

Absolutely not.
I recently found out an ex had one and kept that from me. He had no license and no hope of getting one anytime soon. I almost let him drive my car!!! Here is my thing.... almost anyone can get a DUI, given the right circumstances. But more than one? Nope.... I just can't think of a situation where I'd be okay with that. It's selfish, it's reckless, and it speaks to a MUCH larger problem than just drinking and driving, IMO. Not relationship material I'd even make a dustrag out of, personally. |
