Michaelangelo, Where Are You?

Michaelangelo, where are you?
I need you to paint a canvas for me,
Start with the foundation
With a heart, that is so free.
Paint with light hues
Starting with a light beige,
With gentle soft strokes
Your brush puts upon the page.

It may be complicated
More than the Sistine Chapel,
To paint what I see
She's as sweet as an apple.
Picture her in your mind
An angel with the perfect smile,
With eyes that glisten in the sun
And hair as long as the Nile.

She doesn't have to look
Like Davinci's Mona Lisa,
She doesn't have to stand
Like the Tower of Pisa.
But give her the beauty
That you put into that ceiling,
Make her vividly majestic
To make my heart go reeling.

What a wonderful concept inherent in the write.....Very sweet....like a prayer.

Robert, you asked what is so inspiring. Well here it is.....just that you can take just about anything and write about it. Not only do you write about anything you make others feel something when you write, it appeals to their senses and heart. Thank goodness your not selling something in your writes cause alot of people would be broke and you'd be loaded.
