I awake to the sound of your purrs, they are as intoxicating as a sweet glass of nectar. I am in awe of the way they effect me, I am weakened to tears as I listen to you breathe, slowly and with such grace my tears dance down my face with steps of passions never before felt by one like me.

Slowly I nudge closer to you, to feel the warmth of your breath. I am drunk with feelings inside that let me know there is only one for me.

I can see a smile across your face even in the darkest of night. It lights the room with a fragrance that only love can understand. Knowing that smile is for me has me on cloud nine. I know tomorrow when we awake, holding each other in the lovers embrace. It is who we are, what we mean to each other.

In the middle of the night I can see what is only seen by one who is in love. Never has there been such light in my life.
