It's a lot harder if you still love the person and they you. And you will miss them. That's when it's the worst.

I say quit and be honest. If you hang on to one before you get another that shows insecurity in yourself. Besides the grieving period is needed for all relationships, in order for you to be a better person for your next relationship.

i would never move on to someone else while i was with someone ...... that is just wrong!!! i dont care how bad a relationship is... however i have stuck in a relationship knowing it was bad and it was spoken of between the two of us... waiting to see if things got better..only thing is seemed to be me the only one working on it... so it ended.. i look back and see that i wasnt really loved .. so i moved on and glad i did....

Say, you’re in failed relationship. You know it doesn’t work and there is no future in it. Would you rather quit and be honest about it or go on with it before you’ll meet s’one else? I can only think of 2 reasons to stay in a failed relationship....either the sex is fantastic or the other person has lots of money..... 
For me.....I gotta want to be with that person & that means she is both my friend & my love.....we both have to want to spend time together & find ways for that to happen....
