What does "quality time" mean to you?

a day dedicated to you both,pref with no interuptions, just 'us' time.

being in the arms of the one i love.......but it could mean alot of things like a good talk or walk.......maybe a romantic drive somewhere or a nice dinner alone

Time that is spent with your significant other with no interruptions...

Where the priority and focus is on the other, no daily routine or tasks in the way. Yes, hanging out together while doing the dishes is fine, but...
Take the phone off the hook, get off the computer, turn the tv off, talk to each other.
It can even be something you enjoy doing together, a walk, a hike, a picnic, gardening, boating, actual interaction and not just in each other's presence passing time.

Feet up, game on the tube and her bringing me another beer.

It means after a 100 hour workweek get the hell out of the way of the tv for the last 2 minutes of the game because I really don't think your personal feelings you've been pondering all day and decided to dump on me at the most unoportune moment are really a life or death situation and can't wait for 2 minutes. Ha ha ha ha! I'm joking!!! No I'm not!! Yes I am!! You decide!!

Quality time is what gypsy and I are going to spend at the black hills motor classic sturgis rally in august. 3 days on a motorcycle visiting and traveling the black hills. Shopping and sightseeing and sharing.

Sounds like a blast.

Spending time together doing things you both like to do without having to worry about anything else. Doing things your mate likes, even if you don't necessarily like them a lot, because putting that smile on her face is worth more than anything, and can make you even forget you didn't like doing it in the first place. Hell, you might even learn to like it in time.

Translation: Time spent thinking only about the two of you, but not in selfish ways. Sharing feelings with your significant other that might not come out otherwise. Being able to hold hands and kiss eachother without reservation. Becoming more like one person rather than two seperate people, like when the two of you first fell in love.... Damn I miss being in love....

My daughters and my cats demand "quality time" from me. It's very flattering!! But taxing at times.
