sounds like a cheap date, all you can do is instant message or call (when minutes are free), no dinners, movies, dates... not for me wtg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldnt consider 1.5 hours away as long distance. Now from Florida to Washington State thats an LDR to me. Knock his socks off shoes!!!! ****************************************************** hey shoes, wanted to apologize I was trying to be funny saying that LDR's sound like cheap dates to me, was not directed at you. Reread my post and realized I left it open to misinterpretation. That's ok, no hurt feeling's. Your point was a real one though. The last time he was here, we went to lunch at Red Loster. Had a long drive and ended up with a burger for dinner. The guy's realy sweet! He stayed at my place the next day while I was at work, he know's the town. I got home to find he did the dishe's, picked me up a bottle of wine and.......t.p. He put the last roll on. I thought that was so domestic and sweet!!!!!! he got any single brothers/uncles/cousins, hell is his dad single and available |

LDRs rarely work for me that is why i'm on here for friends, can't find anyone nearby....i have yet to date anyone from here....
In Los Angeles nobody wants to drive more than 30 minutes which is about 20 miles max....i've been dating a woman(3 dates) that is 40+ miles away & she complains it is too far(one hour drive)...so its not going to last, but it really hasn't gone to deep as i'm very slow when it comes to developing relationships & i'm glad because i don't want to invest too much emotion.... |
