Can't seem to turn the water works off tonite-has been one year since my
little brother went into the hospital and didn't get to come home to
us-he went home to his final resting place on 4/3/06.
Stayed with him at the hospital until he left and I know he stays with
me now in my thoughts, just feeling sad cause I miss him giving me a
hard time and calling me to see what I am up to. Miss you brother and
would bring you another pizza if you were able to enjoy it-

friend on the phone. Take a warm bath, shower. Do you have kids? If
you do, talk to one of them, make a movie date or go out to dinner, but

You could plant a bush or tree in your yard in his honor and when you
are feeling sad go out and take care of it and talk to it. (I know this
isn't distracting, but may make you feel closer.) I social worker told
me some people make little shrines in their homes with pictures and
candles or write in journals.
