I only wash my hair every other day, because its really long and if I wash it everyday and blow dry it, it gets really damaged. But i take a bath every night. But I run an hour every night and I dont like to go to bed sweaty. i could make you go to bed sweaty |

I don't take a shower every day either .... Usually every other day or if I am going out i'll take a shower but if i'm just staying home I just stick w/every other day . I do however wash my face and change my undies every single day .
I am an inside girl and don't work outside the home so I mean really how dirty can I be . I think I have very good hygeine . Never any complaints . Oh and as far as my hair goes I have gone a week without washing it . My hair is really dry and takes hours to straighten with a flat iron because its so thick . It doesn't get oily ever . So no I do not think it's odd . To each there own . Maybe everyone else just gets stinky faster . |

To only bathe 2-3 times a week. if you are in a relationship, i would say it is rude to not clean yourself every day... i wouldn't date anyone who didn't have a daily routine |

Not sure this is true... but you know why brides started carrying bouquets and why it's common to be the 'June' bride? Back in the days when people only bathed in the spring, when it started warming up around May (pioneer days??), they would marry in June while they were 'fresh' and carried the flowers to smell better. Again, not sure that's gospel, but my sister comes up with these strange facts... Do you know where the saying "raining cats and dogs" comes from? Cats and dogs would lay on the grass thatched roofs of old sod homes for warmth/comfort and when it rained a lot the grass/thatching got slick and then cats and dogs came sliding off...so when there was a downpour it was 'raining cats and dogs'. Who knows...I'm gullible, I bought it. Oh, and by the way, I might just try your idea about the conditioner for my hair. |

I had to go 17, yes SEVENTEEN days without any running water in the middle east. Did not want to, but had to. Used a couple of gallons each time I could to get the important spots, and then changed my under clothes. When I finally got away from BULLETS flying at me, I showered until my entire body was a raisin. Rested, and took another shower about 3 hours later.
