Justme- I spent alot of years hating me, not liking who I was on the outside, forgetting to love me on the inside. That took it's tool, I did alot of unhealthy things. I got myself together and it all comes full circle... Not over night, and I'm still working on me, but loving me is so much nicer than hating me... The people who loved me big, love me smaller now too, and the only thing that changed was my dress size. Went from an 18 to a 9... I'll be happy at a 7, but I like me at a 9 too. You're a size 7 and you're complaining REALLY???? All clothes are made differently... that's all there is too it, a guy's pants say 32' waist... and it is 32 inches. A womans size 3 can be a 0 or a 10...depending on the designer. |

If your muscle tone is very bad you could have a medical problem. Have your thyroid hormone levels been checked? See a doctor.
I have read your profile & see you are a bright & sensable gal, so I am not trying to make light of your feelings, but things probably look worse to you than they do to others. Try not to think about what you consider to be your flaws, focus on your best features. Pamer yourself some, buy some new makeup & a great smelling shampoo & conditioner. |

I'm so sad over the way my body looks. It just disgusts me. After having four children my body looks awful. Clothes don't fit or look right on me. Maybe it's because of the way they are made nowadays. I have tried losing weight. That didn't help. I've tried lifting weights. I've even excerised. Nothing works. My body just seems to keep getting worser looking. I use to enjoy wearing shorts, but now I am ashamed to. What suggestions do any of you women have that I haven't tried that might could help? Or am I losing the battle? I don't have money for surgeries to make it look better. Worser looking? Let's see if I'm guessing just what you're saying. You have stretch marks and gravity has done set in a bit because of things getting bigger and then smaller, and your skin hasn't caught up yet. You've donated a small portion of your younger looks for a very worthy cause, children. I don't see the problem, at least from what I actually get to see, so... Get ova it! |

Stand up and be proud of who you are, and don't look in the mirror too much, or get on a scale, work on the inside, and the outside will follow along. I lost 75lbs so far.... TRUST ME. I never would have guessed that. WTG! What was your ultra-secret success method for doing so well? Please don't say it was the crystal meth diet plan, and if it was, lie! |
