Two weeks ![]() IMO, Hardly enough.... http://www.townhall.com/news/us/2008/06/03/priest_who_mocked_clinton_told_to_take_a_leave He reminds me of the 'radical priest' in the Paul Simon song 'Me You and Julio Down By the Schoolyard'. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H997IZkkO4Y His comments were inappropriate, perhaps, but they also had an element of truth. I've commented in the past about white privilege, specifically, rich white people who feel they are entitled to things. I think they should get over themselves, realize that we are a human family and that we shouldn't have such a sense of entitlement. And, if they are Christians, I would remind them that we are all God's brothers and sisters, regardless of race, color or creed! |

A person can make a fool of himself in this country without fear of being arrested. Freedom of speech it is called. We should all be thankful for this right, or we'd all be in prison.

You see, Seinfeld Season Seven DVD had just been released, and Jerry didn't want lost sales. However, Michael Richards notoriety, instead of hurting sales of the DVD set, seemed to actually help sales. http://www.eonline.com/news/article/index.jsp?uuid=58dd960c-a885-44f9-99d8-b800f9d8e5ec |
