Lessee, what's good for BBQ across the pond??? Well, I recommend you get a large loin roast, something in the neighborhood of 9-10 lbs (4-5 kg). You take that thing and marinate it in a carribean jerk sauce for about 5 days (add rum to the sauce, it helps tenderize the meat). Cook that bad boy for 2 1/2 to 3 hours using a wood fueled smoker (apple or maple is best). Cut and serve.

Sides: Green bean casserole, apple salad, rolls, glazed carrots, hobo potatoes with onion, broccoli and cauliflower.

Drinks: Margaritas, jello shots, tap a keg of some guiness for your local lads, assorted alcohols with coke and sprite on the side for your "mixers".

Games: Get out a slip and slide, then when everone is already hot, wet and ready for action, break out the baby oil and a twister mat for "naked twister."
