I know, but I don't make it often cause it's a pain in the arse and my daughter was really wanting it. So of course after all that effort I had to have some too

did you fry the ice cream yourself????????? if so I want to know how. I have a quick desert that will knock your sox off...and get many cudos from the guest and its so easy. |

Buy the eggroll wrapper, get good ones.
also cut up banana, shreaded coconut and chocolate syrup, powdered sugar. Put banana, coconut and some syrup in the center of wrapper, seal with egg white or water. put in wok and fry in olive oil, till brown. Serve hot and with sprinkle sugar, and drizzle a little more syrup. Sooooooo Yummmmiiiiieeee |

Yes I fried the ice cream myself
Let the ice cream be soft enough to mold into a round shape refreeze so it's as hard as possible, roll in crushed corn flakes, little bit of coconut, cinnamon, any other flavors you want and dip in the deep fryer. You don't want to leave it in for just a few seconds, the sugar from the ice cream carmalizes the crust and then you can add carmel and whipped cream to it after it's done |
