and my bedroom upstairs must be close to 88 degrees even with the fan on it is a steam bath up here

to skpcg it is hard to sleep and that is why when i have a few drinks it helpes me sleep and i get scared at night when the lights are out and when i cover my whole body with sheets it makes me hotter and it is harder to fall asleep

<~~~~~~has a fire in the wood stove...It is presently 45 degrees outside, and will be invicinity of 25 - 30 degrees by morning
