Okay today my bees arrived, and I just have been estatic to begin this new hobby. Have a story to share about your experiences with bees?
I used a mouse guard in my two apiaries, not even thinking I had boardman feeders. So I ended up putting the boardman feeders in a small super above the bees sitting on the frames. A big black spider was inside of one of my apiaries and actually killed one of the bees. So I learned today that skunks are not the only ones who will kill your bees. |

I had 4 hives last fall, I have 1 very healthy one now. I think I a gonna get y name on that list to get swarms, beecause I sure have a lot of Supers and boxes. The clover is almost blooming!
