I have been trying at this internet dating for almost a year now. Have met a few nice people, some have turned out to be good friends, and then there are those that-well I guess the term interesting could cover it. I'm wondering if someone can look at my file and critique it and give me some pointers. Thank You....Kris

I don't know, you're beautiful, sincere, honest, easy-going, down to earth, with a wide variety of interests. Maybe there just isn't anybody close enough to you to connect with, that's kind of the problem I'm having here. I had one guy that was jerking me around for a while, and a possibility that I'm currently checking out, but all the guys I'm talking to on a regular basis and getting close to are all far away. I've only been on here for 2 days, but I've been on another one since the end of March. Just keep plugging away, be happy and true to yourself, and if all else fails, meet them the old fashioned way-in person, maybe think of ways/places that would help you to be in contact with more people. I wouldn't really change a thing.

Thank you all for your input. I truly appreciate it. After being married for so long, I assumed that this is the way people meet each other now. I just don't understand the game I guess. I just feel if you have something to say, say it...I hate the game of Could have, Should have, do I have to act a certain way for acceptance, I'm over all that and I think that may be part of the problem.

from another womans point of view I think its wonderful your honest in what your looking for and who you are. I too am finding myself in a what u might call new world of dating after so long being married not sure if it gets any easier. I will let you know if it does from my end. Good luck!!!!

I read over your profile for you; I thought it was honest and sincere...from the heart...and expressing what I'm alot of people who come on here and other sites are truely looking for. I've noticed in the year or so that I've been doing online dating sites like this, off and on, that people get too critical about it...they try to use the search like you would a menu at a resturant or an online shopping network when they're looking to buy a tv...picking out all the bells and whistles they figure they need; but, will probably never use once they have them..lol As far as your profile is concerned ...I don't think anything is wrong with it or your designs on what you're looking for....the only thing I could say is maybe switch your primary picture with one of the other ones you have on here... because the one you're using now is a little out of focus...I wish you the best in your search.
