Conservatism to me, is like wearing to tight underwear!
It really tends to hinder any progress that you wish to make and when you finnally get tired of dealing with it, you realize that the damage is already done and know your kids are affected Think for yourself people and realize this world is full of different people and it is really gorgeous that way and end this Brain washing epidemic all done in the name of GOD! Let LOVE RULE |

Typical response to conservatism.
Why can't I be conservative AND accept the things others do? Why is it that conservative are "brainwashed" in doing things in the name of God? Are you brainwashed in doing things NOT in the name of God? For someone so acceptive of other's beliefs you sure aren't very accepting of my conservative beliefs. |

I dont belive anyone has the right to hinder anyone else. If you have conservative beliefs thats fine. Just dont force those personally beliefs on those who arent willing to hear it. I see alot of alikenesses between people that are praised by the right and those dispised by the right and myself personally cant stand to see that. Whats the difference between someone like Pat Robertson calling for the assassanation of Hugo Chavez on national television and Osama Bin Laden calling for a religious Jihad against the west? Nothing, to me, there both acts of Terriorism. What about Ted Haggert? He preached persicution against Homosexuality but yet he was caught with crystal meth and a male prostitute in a colorado hotel.

The problem is that so many of the figures in the public eye preaching their brand of Conservatism are in fact not very conservative at all.
Take McCain for instance, When you start looking at what he does and ignore what he says, you'll notice just how "Liberal" the man and his politics are. When it comes right down to it, anyone who follows the Globalists political strategy are in fact far from Conservative. As a Conservative, I have a certain set of beliefs, but as a Conservative, I don't believe any one group of people have the right to force their ideals or morals on any other group of people. Conservatives who buy into Neoconservative principles have been lead astray. |
