Topic: What do you think.... | |
---|---|
I was read someone profile, it said "I'll let you lie about when we met." It remember me about about Charlotte(the brunette that's always looking for her 'next' Husband), from "Sex and the City." Her first husband let her tell a different story about how he proposed to her. So my question is if you met that special someone online, how many would change the story about how you met?

I agree. I don't there is anything wrong with meeting someone online. Expecially if you find the right one.

What difference does it really make where people meet? Some people seem to think if you meet someone online you are desperate. Some people just have busy lives with work and everything and don't have time to go places to make themselves available for people to meet them.

I have trouble lying so I'd tell the truth even if I'm embarrassed...

How is meeting someone online different than meeting in other ways? Have met some very interesting people online.

I think meeting someone online is fairly commonplace now. Nothing at all wrong with it. Actually, I think it sounds better than saying "he picked me up at the bar" when people ask!!!

I met that someone special right here on JSH, taking him to meet the family in a couple weeks! Don't see the need to lie about how we met either!
