fun fun fun. Time at the pool with friends yesterday. Time with the family today. Maybe the pool again tomorrow!

Incredibly boring.

Cooked out on Friday night. Cooked out on Saturday night. Cooked out on Sunday afternoon.....

I don't mind. Friends, family, even co-workers, conspired to make the weekend pleasant. So what if I don't have a "significant other" to help me clean up and stuff. I smell like charcoal smoke, anyway. (=

It's been pretty good. You can't go wrong with Metal Gear Solid 3 and Guitar Hero.

Worked all weekend,And it rained all weekend.

Its been a productive weekend. I got some shopping done saturday morning. Saturday afternoon I helped a freind retrieve and replace two side windows and a windshield in his minivan. Then I went home and went to bed early. Then I got up early and made out bills. Then I assembled a motorcycle motor on my kitchen cutting bar in two hours. Then I delivered it. Then I delivered a chopper I built to the guy who bought it. Then I delivered my kawasaki kz400 cafe racer I restored to the guy who bought it. Then I replaced the mirrors on my buell sport touring bike. Then I ran up to watch a tornado rip up some trees in rock falls wisconsin. Then I stopped to check on some freinds after the storm. Then I went home and worked on the plumbing a little on my hydrogen fuel cell for my pickup truck. Then I made some chicken soup with grilled chicken. Now I'm unwinding with all of you. Made out some grad cards and stuck checks in them. And I made out a fathers day card. Busy day. Long day. I'm tired.

I also chatted with my parents on saturday night and watched some of the nascar race with them. I squeezed out 10 phone calls to all my biker buddies in preperation for our 2 million dollar beer party fiasco on the last 4 days of june. I'm hoping jay leno, sandra bullock, jesse james, kevin costner, and brad pitt show up. That would be an amazing bikeride. I have a few more freinds that want to show up, but I had to call around and see if it was ok with the others in the group. Then I went to go talk to my date for the event. I told her if she had any special needs, or dietary requirements to let me know ahead of time so we can take care of them, because everyones needs and wants will be met and everyone will be treated like a rockstar. I demand M&Ms with all the green ones taken out and devoured, coors tallnecks ice cold straight from colorado, and superior english toffee capaccino in my coffee for breakfast. Anything less and I will be suffering. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

OMG. You make me feel so lazy.

Don't feel lazy. Enjoy your life. You only get one. I don't own or watch tv. I'm a hands on person. People to see, places to go, things to do. Two pages of people sounding bored, depressed, sad, and lonely. That's not good. Big beautiful holiday weekend? In everything I do this weekend I think of all those people that are gone in my life. I remember them. That's what memorial day is about. Freinds, family, and my fellow soldiers who fought for my freedoms I celebrate every day. Remembering them keeps me from being bored, sad, lonely, and depressed. There is no reason to feel that way especially if you have an active productive life. Its all in the attitude my freinds. If you Live, love, share You can't go wrong.
